Each 24 hour period includes Main Conference Room hire and the following services for each delegate:

- Afternoon Tea and Biscuits

Weekend 24 hour Delegate Rates are available any Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Included in all delegate rates are:
Full table refreshments, note pad and pencils, flipchart pad and pens, VHS video and TV monitor, overhead projector and screen,35mm slide projector and organisers' stationery box. We have wi-fi access in all the conference rooms and the bar/reception areas.
